Twisted Experiments: What is ExperArch for Teens + cordage activity

Time: 5:30 pm til 6:30 pm

Location: Immokalee Branch Library, Immokalee

Description: Twisted Experiments: What is experimental archaeology? – Not all artifacts last in the ground for all time. So how do archaeologists figure out how people made and used the things that they did? By experimenting, of course! Learn all about what cordage is and what evidence of cordage archaeologists have found. Then, try your hand at making your own rope out of natural materials, just like the Calusa or the Seminoles!

FPAN is co-hosting this event.
