Description: Join us for this free lecture! The Windover site is a 6000 year old mortuary pond located near the east coast of Florida. This talk examines medicinal plant usage among the Native American people at Windover. By correlating the medicinal plants identified among the Windover burials and the pathologies identified on their remains, we may infer medicinal plant usage among this population during Florida's past.
