In the late 18th and early 19th century, creole communities of Cuban and "Spanish Indian" fishermen flourished along Florida's southwest coast. Who were these people and how did they live? Learn how this group survived and thrived in a wild land long after the Spanish had lost control and the historical and archaeological evidence that tells their stories.
