Description: Please join us for a two-day meeting of the minds to discuss heritage at risk and the establishment of a statewide monitoring program for archaeological sites. Friday will feature presentations, case studies and working groups focusing on the themes: Interpreting Heritage at Risk for the Public; Impacts of Climate Change on Archaeological Sites; Impacts of Climate Change on Buildings and Structure; and Advocacy, Public Engagement and Cultural Resources. Saturday will feature workshops and tours highlighting local at-risk sites, planning strategies and skills for monitoring and recording these sites.
