Caverns Cultural Celebration

Location: Florida Caverns State Park, 3345 Caverns Road, Marianna, FL 32446
Description: History comes alive at the Caverns Cultural Celebration in Marianna, Friday and Saturday, October 6-7 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day, with live exhibits and demonstrations. There will be more than 40 exhibits and demonstrations in all.
FPAN will have our booth set-up on Saturday, October 7th with information on local history and archaeology, as well as a fun, hands-on activity! This event is free and open to the public.

Secrets of Santa Rosa: Archaeology in your Backyard - CANCELED

Location: Arcadia Mill Archaeological Site, 5709 Mill Pond Lane, Milton, Florida 32583
Description: We apologize, but this event has been CANCELED due to impending storm weather conditions. All UWF facilities and buildings will be closed October 7th-9th.
Join FPAN and Arcadia Mill for this wonderful lecture series on local archaeology and history! Talks will be approximately 45 minutes long, with time at the end for questions. Afterward, enjoy the beauty of Arcadia Mill Archaeological Site on a guided tour. More information on speakers coming soon.
