Description: The FPAN Archaeology Lab is open to volunteers throughout the year. Volunteers help rough sort artifacts recovered from local archaeological sites. No experience is needed, but all volunteers are given a brief orientation by a professional archaeologist their first day.

Description: What kinds of artifacts are UWF archaeologists uncovering from the first European multi-year settlement attempt in North America? Join us for the next ArchaeoCafe to find out! UWF Anthropology and Archaeology professor Dr. John Bratten and lab director Jan Lloyd will talk about some of the artifacts recently uncovered in Pensacola from the 1559 Luna settlement and shipwrecks.
Archaeo Café is free and open to the community. Seating is unreserved. The talk starts at 5:30 p.m. and guests are recommended to show up by 5:00 p.m. to place food and drink orders before the talk begins.
