"A Day in Ancient Rome" at UWF
Time: 8:00 am til 5:00 pm
Location: University of West Florida, 11000 University Parkway, Pensacola, FL 32514
Description: Undergraduate students will be presenting research throughout the day on daily life in ancient Rome! In addition, there will be talks by Dr. Kristina Killgrove of the University of West Florida and her graduate students on skeletal remains from the city and suburbs of Rome. The day will be capped off by a talk by Dr. Kara Burns of the University of South Alabama on Roman mosaics, dining, and home life.
