Archaeology Lab Volunteer Day
Time: 10:00 am til 4:00 pm
Location: FPAN Coordinating Center, 207 East Main Street, Pensacola, FL 32502
Description: The FPAN Archaeology Lab is open to volunteers throughout the year. Volunteers help rough sort artifacts recovered from local archaeological sites. No experience is needed, but all volunteers are given a brief orientation by a professional archaeologist their first day.

"Unearthing Florida" Presentation

Description: Mike Thomin of the Florida Public Archeology Network, Northwest region, will present "Unearthing Florida," a presentation about the various archeology projects in Florida and their importance for Florida history and culture. This program is the fifth in a series of programs to highlight Viva Florida 500 and Florida’s history.
