History & Archaeology in the Classroom Workshop

Description: Arcadia Mill will host the Teacher In-Service workshop on Tuesday, June 26th from 8:30am to 3:30pm at Arcadia Mill, 5709 Mill Pond Lane, Milton FL 32583. This workshop will provide educators with non-digging archaeology-based training, lesson plans, activities, and projects to expose students to the excitement of archaeology while teaching the basics. In addition, sessions will discuss the history of Arcadia Mill and Civil War history in Santa Rosa County.
