3rd Friday on 3rd Street: History of the Seminoles

Time: 6:00 pm til 7:30 pm

Location: Amelia Island Museum of History

Description: This month's program features Fred Giltmier discussing the history of the Seminoles. Born out of the wreckage of other Native American tribes and escaped African slaves, the Seminoles have a long and rich history in Florida. Discover their colorful history and culture, and how the tribe ties into Florida becoming part of the United States. This program is free for museum members with a $5 for nonmembers.
