Summer Reading Program: Smash Pot Children's Program

Time: 10:00 am til 11:00 am

Location: Dixie County Public Library

Description: Bring the kids and join us for an interpretive presentation on discussing archaeology and then a hands-on program/craft we call smash pot. In this activity kids (and kids at heart) get to experience what it is like to be an archaeologist in a lab trying to put together the pieces of our past by reassembling a pot that they decorate and then break!
