Description: Join Maggie Beth McGrotha as she brings to life the history and heart of Tallahassee's Historic Rutgers House built by George Proctor in 1848. George Proctor was a free black man in the pre-Civil War South who honed his trade to become one of Tallahassee's elite antebellum builders.
