Description: The Florida Division of Historical Resources is pleased to invite you to the 2017 Florida Cultural Resources Summit at Mission San Luis in Tallahassee on May 23 and 24 during Historic Preservation Month! Please RSVP by May 19 if you plan to attend!
In the four years since the last Summit in 2013 much has changed and we look forward to discussing a variety of timely and important topics relevant to cultural resource management professionals in Florida.
We have two goals for this year’s meeting:
to discuss topical resource management issues related to policy, guidance, and collaboration in a way that will allow us to work more effectively together moving forward; and
to bring together fresh and veteran faces from around the state, so that we all have the opportunity to meet face-to-face and openly exchange ideas.
