Description: The Museum of Florida History presents Elgin Jumper's one-man show. At times humorous, at times powerful, Elgin Jumper recounts his story, his highs and lows, while spotlighting his writing and artwork. The performance also sheds light on Jumper's family history, troubled youth, wrong paths, and how he was saved from a ruinous existence through art and poetry. The evening begins with light refreshments at 6:30 p.m., followed by Elgin Jumper's performance at 7:00.
