History Bike Gainesville IX: UF - BC(e)

Time: 4:00 pm til 6:00 pm

Location: First Magnitude Brewing Company 1220 SE Veitch St, Gainesville, Florida 32601

Description: Gainesville hasn't always been as we experience it today! Long before the University and college kids, before the old Victorian Houses and railroad depots, before the Seminole and Spanish wrangled cattle on the Prairie, Native Americans lived and thrived in this area for thousands of years. On this tour we will be exploring some prehistoric archaeological sites on the University of Florida campus.
It's graduation weekend...but we're going for it anyway! Wear your cap and gown if you want!

Meet at First Magnitude Brewing Company. Ride begins promptly at 4PM but we ask folks check-in by 3:30PM. $5 Suggested Donation. Please RSVP here on Facebook if you are planning to attend. Riders will get wristbands for $1 off delicious cold beers at First Mag.

Tour will last about 2 hours and end back at First Magnitude Brewery. Let's be safe! Helmets and personal water strongly recommended! Parking is very limited at the brewery, if possible please ride to location or park along Main St. If it looks like rain, we will cancel and reschedule!
