Dade's Battle of 1835

Time: 9:00 am til 5:00 pm

Location: Dade Battlefield Historic State Park

Description: Join us for the 180th-Anniversary Reenactment of Dade's Battle of 1835.

The park's premier event will feature period soldier and Seminole camps, period arts, crafts and games, a period sutler Trade Fair, several food vendors, and of course the battle reenactment, highlighted by live cannon firing and barricade building.

Grounds open at 9 a.m. Bleacher seating is available, or you may bring lawn chairs or blankets.

Battle reenactment begins promptly at 2 p.m. Please plan to arrive early.

Please try to bring exact change for the parking and entry fees.
