Sneak Peek Crystal River Archaeological Park Mural Unveiling.

Location: Crystal River Archaeological State Park
Description: The Friends of the Crystal River State Parks, Inc. cordially invite you to a sneak preview of the new mural at the Crystal River Archaeological State Park on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 from 5:30 – 7:30 PM. This exciting new art piece will be a focal point of the museum, help visitors step back in time, and visualize what the site may have looked like more than 1,000 years ago. There will be brief presentations at 6:30 pm in the Crystal River Archaeological State Park Museum by mural artist, Marcia K. Moore, and by archaeologists who provided technical support for the project.
Please RSVP for the exclusive opportunity to preview this new and exciting addition to the museum. There is a $20 per person suggested donation to help fund this worthwhile endeavor. The Friends of the Crystal River State Parks, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation and enlightened interpretation of this unique archaeological site.
