Description: Archaeology Works! Pottery Workshop @ Crystal River Preserve State Park! Learn to identify different types of prehistoric pottery found around Florida and about how archaeologists use these clues to learn about people in the past. We’ll also conclude this event with a pot-making activity; pots will be pit- red atl Crystal River Archaeological State Park at the end of March. This event is free and open to the public. The pots you make will be fired in a traditional pit-fire method at the Crystal River Archaeological State Park on Saturday March 29th!
