Eco-Archaeo Workshop at Withlacoochee Gulf Preserve

Description: Join a CAMA biologist and FPAN archaeologists at the Withlacoochee Gulf Preserve to learn about the area's ecosystem and archaeological heritage.
Jamie from St. Martins Marsh and Big Bend Seagrasses Aquatic Preserves will talk about the ecology of the area. Lis and Nigel from Florida Public Archaeology Network - Central Region will talk about pottery made and used prehistoric peoples of the area and then give you an opportunity to make some pottery. This is a great event for people of ALL ages!
