Description: An annual conference for Florida Science Educators is held each October. The emphasis is on excellence, describing outstanding programs, innovative teaching techniques, research findings, new materials and equipment, and providing make and take workshops.

Thomas Jefferson: Coffee and Conversation Speakers Series

Time: 7:00 pm til 8:30 pm

Location: Old Courthouse Heritage Museum Inverness, Florida

Description: Inverness, Florida – How would you like to come and spend an evening with Thomas Jefferson, third President of the United States? Florida Humanities Council “Roads” Scholar J. D. Sutton will be meticulously impersonating the legendary writer of the Declaration of Independence. Please join us on Thursday evening, October 25th at 7:00 p.m. in the second floor courtroom at the Historic Courthouse in downtown Inverness in welcoming Thomas Jefferson, just days before our next national election. Actor/playwright J. D. Sutton will bring Thomas Jefferson to life.
